As mentioned before (Feb. 26, Vote for your favorite March Madness for the Mind 2010 E-Team!), the National Collegiate Inventors and Innovators Alliance (NCIIA) has partnered with Inventors Digest – the "leading print and online publication for the innovation culture" – to present this year's annual March Madness for the Mind on March 27. Part of the NCIIA's Annual Conference, March Madness for the Mind is a showcase of some of the best in student innovation, featuring 16 NCIIA E-Teams.
In addition to their partnership with the NCIIA, Inventors Digest is presenting a yearlong salute to collegiate innovation and entrepreneurship, with a cover article discussing this topic as well as the announcement of the 2010 Collegiate Alt-Energy Challenge which invites students to submit 2-minute videos showing their low-cost alternative energy technologies, products, services or solutions. The contest opens on March 26, with more details to be released during March Madness for the Mind and online at InventorsDigest.com.
