Invention is critical to the future we all want

U.S. Higher Education & Entrepreneurship

We believe invention and entrepreneurship in higher education settings is essential to cultivating the next generation of environmentally-responsible inventor entrepreneurs who will develop and deliver products with high social and economic impact and minimal environmental footprint.

Support for student-led, invention-based projects will yield a pipeline of inventions and invention-based businesses while better preparing youth for the workforce of the innovation economy.

Our Approach

We support programs that nurture student inventors on their journey of product creation and entrepreneurship.

This includes elevating the importance of environmentally responsible design and addressing common barriers, including lack of access to funding, mentorship, prototyping lab space and market connections

Our goal is to increase the number of under-resourced and under-represented students inspired and supported in their pursuit of invention and entrepreneurship.

Engineering for One Planet:

Engineering for One Planet (EOP) is a collaborative initiative that seeks to transform engineering education by equipping all engineers across all disciplines with fundamental skills, knowledge and understanding to support the health of the planet and the lives it sustains.
