ASME ISHOW India Announces 2021 Winners

The international accelerator of hardware-led social innovation has supported and funded over 160 startups across the world. 

The ASME Innovation Showcase (ISHOW) India announced its 2021 winners: Offgrid Energy Labs, PadCare Labs, and Life and Limb (P) Ltd.

All three prototypes – Offgrid Energy Labs’ efficient battery technology, PadCare Labs’ menstrual hygiene management system, and Life and Limb (P) Ltd.’s multi-fit prosthetic hand – represent products that are sustainable, accessible and environmentally friendly.

The three winners will receive $30,000 in seed grants and technical support to produce their inventions.

The American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME) ISHOW annually connects individuals and organizations developing innovative products that create positive economic and social impact with experts and resources to gain access to industry networks and help market their products.

The ISHOW has supported and funded over 160 startups from more than 28 countries that are inventing products to solve global challenges, and is supported by The Lemelson Foundation.
