Bilal Zuberi is Founder and Managing Partner of Red Glass Ventures, a leading early-stage venture capital firm based in Silicon Valley. Prior to that, he was a General Partner at Lux Capital (a firm managing greater than $5B in assets), and an investor at General Catalyst Partners (a firm managing over $40B in assets).

This includes companies utilizing cutting-edge technology in mobility and transportation, advanced manufacturing, construction tech, healthcare, energy, and national security. He has been a venture capital investor for over 17 years, and has invested in companies that have gone public on NASDAQ and NYSE, and many companies are now worth from $1B to greater than $15B each.
For nearly two decades, Bilal has been investing in founders who want to solve big, important problems with technically ambitious solutions across industries. Bilal wants to partner with good human beings who are driven to build responsible, ethical companies and believes technology can not only help address some of the world’s largest problems, but also make human lives significantly better.
Earlier in his career, Bilal was a strategy consultant at BCG. Bilal earned a PhD from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (under Prof. Mario Molina, Chemistry Nobel laureate). He is an immigrant citizen in this country, and thankful every day for the opportunities he has been afforded here.
